These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions which govern the access to and use of any websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, products or services under the umbrella of "RenderRush Pro", a video creation platform available at https://renderrush.net, and on Google Play Store and App Store as RenderRush Studio, RenderRush video editing, (collectively referred to as the "Services") offered by WhiteSpace Technology Private Limited a company registered in India under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office in Bangalore bearing registration no. 201931873E (hereinafter collectively referred to as "RenderRush"/"us"/"our"/"we"). The terms "Customer", "you", "your" shall refer to any natural person or entity and its authorized users that subscribes to or uses the Services. Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you are accepting these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity/ individual that you may represent) and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity/individual that you may represent). You may not access or use the Services or accept the Terms if you are not at least 13 (thirteen) years old. If you are under 18 (eighteen), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. If RenderRush becomes aware that a Customer under 13 (thirteen) years of age has created an account, or that a user or visitor under 13 years of age has used the Services, including sharing their personally identifiable information or other content, RenderRush shall be entitled to terminate such account and/or remove any information or other content shared by such user.
Furthermore, it is agreed that any past or present claims relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through an informal dispute resolution process or through final and binding arbitration, as more particularly mentioned hereinbelow under clause 15 of these Terms.
If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Terms, do not access and/or use the Services.
"Customer Content" shall mean any and all information and content (including but not limited to text, images, photos, videos, audio, reviews, comments and documents) that a Customer provides or makes available to RenderRush in connection with the use of the Services. "Output" shall refer to the content created, generated and returned by the Services based on the Customer Content.
Customers may access and use certain types of content that we make generally available through the Services, such as our video templates, images, audio clips, effects, and transitions. Using content together with the features and functionalities of the Services, including the professional video editing technology components, Customers can create, edit, and produce professional video content ("Video Projects"). For the sake of these Terms, "Templates" shall mean and include video editing templates, effects, and design elements that include both those created for, and made generally available to Customers ("Pre-made Templates") and any video templates or custom elements that may be created by the Customers themselves ("Custom Templates"). For the purposes of these Terms, any reference to Output includes but is not limited to Video Projects, unless any specific reference is made explicitly to Video Projects or unless it is repugnant to the context thereof.
RenderRush Pro offers the ability to create personalized Custom Templates through our professional video editing technology. To ensure optimal template quality and performance:
For media requirements, you may upload high-quality video, audio, and image files to create Custom Templates. Content should be clear, well-lit, and in supported formats (MP4, MOV, AVI for video; MP3, WAV for audio; JPG, PNG for images). File sizes and resolution limits apply based on your subscription plan, and multiple iterations may be required to achieve optimal template customization.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide the media content for Custom Template creation and that such use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
RenderRush Pro utilizes advanced video editing technology to provide comprehensive video editing, content enhancement, and production services. Understanding these professional editing features is essential for effective use:
Our platform provides comprehensive video editing capabilities including professional tools for cutting, trimming, merging, and arranging video clips through our Video Editing features. Audio Editing includes advanced audio mixing, enhancement, and synchronization capabilities. Visual Effects encompass color correction, filters, transitions, and special effects for enhanced video quality. Our Template Library offers access to pre-designed templates and customizable video layouts, while Export Options provide multiple output formats and quality settings for different platforms and uses.
Video Output Characteristics:
Regarding video output characteristics, edited content quality depends on source material quality and editing complexity. Output quality depends on input quality, editing choices, and export settings selected. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all edited content before final export. RenderRush Pro continuously updates editing tools and features, which may result in interface changes over time, and complex projects may require multiple editing sessions and revisions.
RenderRush Pro offers various subscription plans designed to meet different user needs and usage requirements:
Our subscription tiers include the Free Plan which provides limited access to basic features with usage restrictions and watermarked outputs. The Starter Plan offers enhanced features with moderate usage limits and basic customer support. The Professional Plan includes advanced features, higher usage limits, priority support, and commercial usage rights. The Enterprise Plan provides unlimited usage, dedicated support, custom integrations, and enterprise-grade security.
Plan Features and Limitations:
Each plan includes specific quotas for video generation, avatar creation, and storage. Overage charges may apply for usage exceeding plan limits. Plan features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with appropriate notice. Unused credits or quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless explicitly stated, and plan downgrades may result in loss of access to premium features and content.
Understanding ownership rights is crucial for proper use of RenderRush Pro services and generated content:
Regarding ownership rights, Your Content remains yours as you retain all rights to content you upload, including images, audio, text, and other materials. For Edited Content, you own the video editing-generated videos and content created using your inputs and our technology. You own your Custom Templates and have exclusive rights to use them within our platform. Stock Assets including stock avatars, templates, and media assets remain our property but are licensed for your use. All Platform Technology including video editing tools, algorithms, and platform technology remain RenderRush Pro's intellectual property.
Usage Rights and Restrictions:
For usage rights and restrictions, commercial use of generated content is permitted under paid plans only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our video editing tools or proprietary technology. Attribution to RenderRush Pro may be required for certain use cases as specified in your plan, and rights to generated content are subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not violate laws or rights by infringing intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, or patents, violating privacy or publicity rights of individuals without proper authorization, engaging in fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive practices, violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or ours, or creating content for illegal activities or to facilitate criminal conduct.
You must not harm the Service by introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code that could damage our systems or other users' experiences, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data, interfering with or disrupting service operations including denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code, algorithms, or proprietary information, using automated systems or bots without explicit permission for unauthorized scraping or abuse, or circumventing usage limits, security measures, or other technical restrictions.

Please understand that edited content is created using professional editing algorithms and may not always perfectly match expectations. Output quality can vary depending on prompt complexity, input quality, and current model capabilities. Multiple generation attempts may be necessary to achieve desired results, and complex or highly specific requests may require iterative refinement and adjustment. Generated content should be reviewed and validated before use in professional or commercial contexts.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your generated content. Review all video editing-generated content for potential biases, errors, or inappropriate elements. Ensure generated content aligns with your brand guidelines and intended message. Make necessary edits and modifications to meet your specific requirements and standards, and consider adding appropriate disclaimers for video editing-generated content when required by law or best practices.
For best practices, use descriptive, specific prompts rather than vague or ambiguous instructions. Experiment with different prompt variations to explore creative possibilities. Combine video editing-generated content with human creativity and editing for optimal results. Stay informed about video editing capabilities and limitations to set realistic expectations, and provide feedback to help us improve our video editing tools and service quality.
We offer various subscription plans designed to meet different user needs and usage levels:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan you select. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance written notice to active subscribers. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges which will be added as required. Payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods. Failed payments may result in service suspension, and you are responsible for any associated fees. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term length unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard at any time. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal to ensure you are aware of upcoming charges.
Free trials may be offered at our discretion for new users or specific promotional campaigns. Credit card information may be required to prevent abuse and facilitate seamless conversion to paid plans. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Trial features may differ from paid plans and may include limited usage or watermarked content. Only one free trial per user or organization is permitted unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your content and data will be retained for a limited period to allow for reactivation.

We own and retain all rights to the Service and its underlying technology including all software, code, and infrastructure, our video editing tools and algorithms including all editing templates, processing algorithms, and advanced editing systems, our trademarks, logos, and brand elements including the RenderRush Pro name and associated marks, website content, design, and user interface including all graphics, layouts, and interactive elements, documentation and marketing materials including user guides, tutorials, and promotional content, and all improvements, modifications, and derivative works created in connection with providing the Service.
You retain ownership of User Content you upload to our platform. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use User Content solely to provide the Service and improve our video editing tools. You represent that you have all necessary rights to User Content and that its use does not violate any third-party rights. We will not use your User Content for commercial purposes outside of providing the Service to you. You can request deletion of your User Content, subject to technical limitations and legal retention requirements.
Subject to your subscription plan and these Terms, you own Edited Content you create using our Service. Free plan content may include watermarks and usage restrictions that limit commercial use. We retain rights to use Edited Content for service improvement, video editing tool improvement, and analytics in anonymized form. You are responsible for ensuring Edited Content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. Our integrations include Cloud Storage Providers such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive for file management and synchronization, Social Media Platforms for direct publishing to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Stock Media Libraries providing access to Getty Images, Shutterstock, Unsplash, and other media providers, Analytics Services with integration to Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools, Payment Processors including Stripe, PayPal, and other secure payment gateway services, and Communication Tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project management platforms.
Your use of integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or reliability of third-party services. Third-party service interruptions may affect certain platform features temporarily. You must maintain valid accounts and comply with terms of any third-party services you use. We may modify or discontinue third-party integrations based on service availability and user demand.
When using third-party integrations, certain data may be shared with those services as necessary for functionality. We implement industry-standard security measures for all data transmission to third parties. You control which third-party services receive access to your content and data. Review third-party privacy policies to understand how your data will be handled. You can revoke third-party access permissions at any time through your account settings.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from third-party service usage. Third-party service changes, updates, or discontinuations are beyond our control. Security breaches or data handling issues by third-party providers are not our responsibility. Billing disputes or issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with those providers. We provide integrations "as-is" without warranties regarding third-party service performance.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable advance notice. Major changes affecting core functionality will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Bug fixes and security updates may be implemented immediately as needed. Feature enhancements are typically rolled out gradually to ensure stability. Our customer support services vary by plan level. The Free Plan includes community support through documentation, FAQs, and user forums. The Starter Plan provides email support with 48-72 hour response time during business days. The Professional Plan offers priority email and chat support with 24-48 hour response time. The Enterprise Plan includes dedicated account management and phone support with 4-24 hour response time.
Technical support covers platform functionality, account issues, and billing inquiries. Creative consultation and content creation guidance is available for Professional and Enterprise plans. We do not provide support for third-party integrations beyond basic troubleshooting. Support is provided in English during standard business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST, Monday-Friday). Emergency support for critical business issues is available for Enterprise customers.
Our service level commitments include an Uptime Target of 99.9% service availability with planned maintenance exceptions, Performance Standards with reasonable response times for video generation based on complexity, Data Backup through regular backups of user content and account data, Security Updates with timely implementation of security patches and improvements, and Monitoring through continuous monitoring of service performance and availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVvideo editingLABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

The Service will meet all your specific requirements or expectations, Edited Content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for all purposes, the Service will be available at all times without interruption or downtime, all defects or errors will be corrected in a timely manner or at all, the Service will be compatible with all third-party software or platforms, or that video editing-generated content will be unique or free from potential copyright concerns.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, or ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by:

Upon termination of your account or these Terms:
Your access to the Service will cease immediately, we may delete your account data after 30 days subject to legal retention requirements, you remain liable for any outstanding fees and charges incurred before termination, provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect including payment obligations, indemnification, and limitation of liability, and you may request a copy of your data before deletion subject to our policies and technical capabilities.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@renderrush.net with a detailed description of the dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California, or remotely by mutual agreement.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or other representative proceedings, except where prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be filed in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RenderRush Pro regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision, and no waiver will be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or sales of assets.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via:
