For audio and media file handling, audio files for Custom Template creation are processed using professional audio editing technology. Audio characteristics are processed and stored securely, separate from your personal identifying information. Access to voice data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary for service delivery. You can request deletion of your voice data at any time, though this will disable your Custom Avatar functionality.
